Dream Alive and Care Organization, in collaboration with Mass Intimate Kenya, visits Kibera Pride Children's Home and Child Rescue Centre to distribute school stationery, sanitary towels, and food items to children at the facility.
The visit concluded with a mentorship session for the children.

  • Purpose of the Distribution. The distribution was organised to address some of the practical barriers that keep children from staying in school and learning with dignity.
  • Stationery and food items were provided to support day-to-day learning and nutrition, while sanitary towels were distributed to the girls to reduce absenteeism and restore a measure of dignity during their monthly cycles.
  • Speaking during the visit, a representative of Dream Alive and Care Organization said the support was not just about providing material goods but about reaffirming the children's right to remain in school and to be treated with dignity.
  • "These children have not lacked ability. What they have lacked is the support that makes it possible to stay in school," the representative said. "Stationery, food, and sanitary towels are not luxuries. They are what allows a child to sit in a classroom, focus, and learn."
  • Mentorship Session. The mentorship session that followed was led by volunteers from both organisations and focused on the children's self-worth, the importance of remaining in school, and the practical decisions they can make to protect their futures.
  • Partnership and Shared Commitment. A representative of Mass Intimate Kenya said the partnership reflected a shared commitment to supporting children who have been left behind by circumstance rather than by choice.
  • "We wanted to do something that is practical," the representative said. "The children needed stationery. They needed food. The girls needed sanitary towels. And they needed someone to sit with them and tell them that their lives matter. That is what we have tried to do today."
  • Follow-Up and Continuation. The two organisations confirmed that they intend to continue working together to support children in Kibera and other underserved communities, with follow-up visits planned in the coming months.
